Not Refundable Tariff
In the event of cancellation or amendment: Not refundable.
In the event of non arrival (no-show): Not refundable.
Prepayment due at the time of the reservation.
Refundable Tariff
Until 2.00 pm of the 3rd day before the arrival: No penalty.
Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty of the total amount.
In the event of non arrival (no-show): Penalty the of total amount.
Payment required from 2.00 pm of the 3rd day before the arrival or the reservation will be canceled.
Half Board Basis
The Half Board Basis either with Refundable or Not Refundable Rate is to be considered as follows:
Dinner with a typical Sicilian menu with a first course, second course, a dessert and drinks not included
Extra Guest
For public and safety reasons, all guests of any age, in order to have access to the hotel premises, they must register their self at the Reception Desk. None can have access to the hotel premises without authorization.
Any guests in the same room, not declared in advance and accepted by the Hotel at the time of booking, will be charged to the Reservation Holder with a extra charge of Euro 50 per person per day
Baby Cots
Baby Cots if required for children in rooms (if available) will be subject to an extra charge of Euro 15 per dayCheck-In Time: From 2.00 pm on

Room Keys Return: No later than 11.00 am without any exceptions otherwise will be charge automatically the next day tariff
